What data we collect and why we collect it

When customers use our contact forms, Zenith will save and store all provided information in our customer database for future reference and will retain this information for a period of 10 years.  In addition, an anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. Who we share your data with

Any information provided by submitting our contact forms is only shared with with Zenith cleaning system distributors or independent sales representatives to provide you with better customer service.  Zenith NEVER shares your information with any parties not directly associated with Zenith Ultrasonics.

What rights you have over your data

If you have filled out and submitted a contact form, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

How we protect your data

Our website is fully-protected with an SSL certificate to encrypt your connection with our website.  Access to your data at Zenith is only provided to those individuals that require such access.  Other employees cannot access your data.  In addition, Zenith actively monitors our servers for intrusions and will notify all parties of potential data breaches should they occur.
