The system utilizes Zenith's exclusive MBT Automation System with right-angle automated conveyors to transport these heavy loads into cleaning, rinsing, and drying tanks fully automatically.  Designed for a specific aerospace ultrasonic cleaning application, the system includes oscillation with adjustable stroke, speed, and duration in all liquid processes, color touch-screen human/machine interface with recipe programming, and a host of other features.

Zenith Obtains Contract for 3 TRANSTAR Automated Ultrasonic Cleaners

While the economy has certainly affected the sales of many ultrasonic cleaning equipment manufacturers, Zenith has obtained another contract for the manufacturing of 3 custom ultrasonic cleaners featuring the TRANSTAR Automation System.  No other competitive manufacturer was able to meet the customer's equipment budget while simultaneously being able to provide the features required.

All 3 systems were purchased with Zenith's TRANSTAR Automation System, a cleanroom-grade pick & place robotic system which includes a host of features not found on competitive automation systems, such as a reliable pneumatic lift system, servo motor-controlled high-speed belt drive transportation system, color touch-screen human/machine interface, oscillation in all liquid processes prior to basket transfer, speed ramping controls, dryer blower air flow adjustment, recipe processing, and a host of other standard and custom features.

The firm purchasing these systems had purchased an automated custom cleaning line from Zenith over 10 years ago which also contributed to Zenith's success during the bidding process.  Repeat sales are quite common at Zenith, and clearly indicates customer satisfaction in equipment performance, reliability, and long-term service.
