Introduction:
Ultrasonic cleaners and ultrasonic parts washers are used in virtually
every industry to remove the wide variety of contaminants which may be found in
such environments, such as oil and coolant, metal chips and particles, buffing
and polishing compounds, greases, dust, fingerprints, and most other
contaminants resting on the surface of parts, or within small crevices, holes,
and other features which are difficult to clean using other technologies. When properly applied,
these systems have the unique ability to clean these detailed part areas
to produce a cleaning result which cannot normally be equaled by other
technologies such as spray washing equipment, oscillation parts washers, conveyor spray washers, or other technologies.
In fact, aqueous ultrasonic cleaning systems exceed the cleanliness produced by vapor
degreasing technologies in most cases.
