Catering to the Consumer
Rather than "hard selling" a potential customer using local sales
representatives, Zenith's unique sales approach includes an initial extensive
consultation with the home office to ensure that the system being recommended is
the perfect match for a given application, and will satisfy the customer's every
need. This initial consultation will include discussions on filtration,
water quality, detergents, contaminants requiring removal, waste disposal,
ultrasonic frequency, electrical requirements, and many other details which are critical to the success
of an ultrasonic cleaner installation.Once the initial consultation is
complete, the sales representative is given the details of the discussion, and
follows up with the customer to assist them in the purchasing process.
Zenith also provides lectures and on-site evaluations of existing processes
to educate potential customers on the ultrasonic cleaning process, and provide
advice on how to potentially improve an existing process.
