History
Zenith Manufacturing & Chemical Corp, also known as Zenith Ultrasonics,
was established in 1935 to provide precision cleaning products for the
manufacturing industry. After the discovery of ultrasonic cleaning
technology, Zenith began to manufacture ultrasonic cleaners on a small scale,
and rapidly designed larger, automated ultrasonic cleaners for those customers
wishing to reduce labor costs. Today, Zenith manufactures a complete line
of ultrasonic and non-ultrasonic cleaning systems to satisfy the needs of
industrial, pharmaceutical, and high-technology customers.
Manufacturing Capabilities
Zenith can manufacture virtually any cleaning system in our 15,000 square
foot facility located in Norwood, NJ. Our employees are dedicated to
quality, and most have been working at Zenith for over 20 years. Although
Zenith manufactures a line of standard products, custom-manufactured systems
continue to be a large part of our business. In fact, many customers have
saved thousands of dollars purchasing a custom-made machine that is perfectly
suited to their applications, rather than accepting a standard machine which is
perhaps too large or complicated for their process.
Equipment Design Features
Equipment designs at Zenith are quite unique, offering features and
technology not found elsewhere at any price. Our automated systems are the
most reliable systems you can find, and designed specifically to eliminate the
crashing found on competitive systems.
All cleaning systems are available with our patented CROSSFIRE Multiple
Frequency Ultrasonic System, the first multi-frequency system made in the US,
and copied by virtually every manufacturer of ultrasonic cleaners today.
Maintenance on a Zenith system is virtually non-existent.
All machines are manufactured using the best available materials to ensure
years of reliable service.
