Zenith Table-top Ultrasonic Cleaners are designed for those customer who require only a single, small, ultrasonic cleaning tank to address their cleaning applications.  All systems feature modulated solid-state electronics with Sweep Frequency Circuits, high-intensity piezoelectric ultrasonic transducers, and rugged construction.

Table-top cleaning systems are manufactured of corrosion-resistant stainless steel, and are designed to withstand abusive operating environments.  Several standard tank sizes are available, as are a large variety of options, such as Baskets, Ultrasonic Timers, Filtration, Digital Heating Systems, Stainless Steel Carts, CROSSFIRE Ultrasonic Components, and more.

2 grades of table-top cleaners are available; Laboratory grade "PM" series, and Industrial Grade systems.  The PM series include thinner tanks which are not designed for the cleaning of heavy parts, or contaminants which are difficult to remove.  Industrial-grade systems include welded and fabricated thick-wall tanks, and increased ultrasonic power to remove stubborn contaminants from heavier components.

As with all Zenith ultrasonic equipment, the system can be delivered with your choice of single operating frequencies, such as 25kHz, 40kHz, or 80kHz, or our patented CROSSFIRE Multiple Frequency Ultrasonic System for the best possible performance for most applications.

Exterior system skirting, and the Ultrasonic Generator Housing are also manufactured of stainless steel to withstand the corrosive environments these systems are normally used in.  Most systems are 120VAC for convenient installation in any facility.

Although the sizes listed below are Zenith standard sizes, ANY size ultrasonic tank can be manufactured as a custom-made machine.

• 800-2:  Tank Size 20" x 12" x 14" Industrial Grade
• 1600-1:  Tank Size 24" x 24" x 24" Industrial Grade
