For applications where single-piece roll-around industrial cleaners are preferred rather than a 2-piece table-top system, the Single Tank Console is the system of choice.  Single Tank industrial cleaners are typically used when the application requires tank sizes which are larger than the typical table-top cleaner, or when a single-piece industrial cleaner is preferred.  This system design is also preferred for applications which require the ultrasonic cleaning of heavy or larger parts which would be too inconvenient for table-top ultrasonic cleaners.

A stainless steel ultrasonic cleaning tank is welded into a stainless table-top assembly which is supported by a steel frame enclosure which is surrounded by stainless steel latching access panels which provide easy access to all internal components.  While most other single-tank consoles are fabricated and supported with sheetmetal, Zenith systems include tubular support frames for superior strength.  Tank sizes are available from 16" x 12" x 12" deep, to 85" cube and larger.  Tanks are typically custom-sized to maximize ultrasonic watt per liter power densities and energy reflection.  All components are mounted to the included frame assembly.  Filtration, oil skimming, CROSSFIRE Multiple Frequency Ultrasonics, and many other options are available, and will be mounted to the frame assembly to maintain the single-piece roll-around design, and to enhance the industrial cleaner's operation.

Our Automotive & Aviation Cleaning System represents the typical single-tank industrial cleaner design.  This system has been designed to clean automotive components such as engine blocks, cylinder heads, carburetors, transmissions, and other automotive components to remove even the most stubborn contaminants.   This industrial cleaner has the capability to remove even 1" thick layers of burned carbon from the inside of aluminum cylinder heads on automotive engines, burned on transmission fluid, general contamination, grease, oils, and other typical automotive-grade contaminants.  This system is so effective, it has been included in the Volkswagen/Audi Dealer Equipment Program for ultrasonic cleaners.

Standard features include all 316L stainless steel tank and fittings, latching access panels, NEMA4X control enclosure with 24VDC control voltage, easy access to all internally mounted components, ultrasonic generator indicator lights, swivel casters, and much more.  Virtually any conceivable option can be added.

The neighboring photograph depicts the STC-3600 Ultrasonic Cleaning System with features which were designed for the cleaning of diesel fuel injectors.  The system includes an Intermittent Oscillation System to oscillate parts to enhance cleaning, and a Pressurized Distribution Manifold which is connected to the fuel injector assembly.  Cleaning agent is intermittently pumped through the manifold to flush loosened contaminants from within the complex part.  This system represents one of many complex options which are available for all Zenith product lines to enhance the effectiveness of the cleaning system.
