4-Tank Ultrasonic Cleaning Systems for Zero Residue Results
The MTC4 multi-configuration 4-tank ultrasonic cleaning line is a 4-tank aqueous system that is available in 3 different styles such as:
- Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, dual cascade rinsing tanks, and a drying tank: Most common version of this system sold which will produce zero-residue results when properly equipped.
- Single ultrasonic cleaning tank, triple rinse tanks: Produces the same zero-residue cleaning results as 2 rinse tanks, but the extra rinse tank reduces water consumption considerably and drying is not included.
- Dual ultrasonic cleaning tanks, single rinsing tank, and a drying tank: Used when parts are highly contaminated such as in the automotive service industry and part volume is high, but zero residue cleaning results are not required.

Basket Sizes:
- 1200 series: 10″ x 14″ x 10″ tall.
- 2000 series: 12″ x 20″ x 14″ tall.
- 2400 series: 18″ x 24″ x 15″ tall.
- 3000 series: 22″ x 30″ x 15″ tall.
- 3600 series: 24″ x 36″ x 18″ tall.
- 4800 series: 36″ x 48″ x 24″ tall.
- C2RD: Single cleaning tank, dual cascade rinsing tanks and a drying tank: Suggested when parts require zero residue cleaning results and drying.
- C3R: Single cleaning tank, and triple cascade overflow rinse tanks: Suggested when parts require zero residue cleaning results with reduced water consumption but do not require drying.
- 2CRD: Dual ultrasonic cleaning tanks, single rinse tank, and a drying tank when zero residue cleaning is not needed and parts are highly contaminated.
